Duet Hearts

It was clean, spatious, had a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. It's a place where you can comfortably rest during a long trip. We liked it so we tried booking the room for one extra night but unfortunately it was taken.

A bit diffucult for the tired traveller was that between 5-6am there was a chanting from the nearby monastery. It was interesting for 1 day stay but could be tiring in the long run.

- Very clean. - Facilities in the room were great, provided toiletries and water etc. - Breakfast was delicious and served on the balcony. - Housekeeper was very kind and helpful.

- At night it is dark and difficult to get to (steep hills).

I stayed at Duet Hearts in Feb 2025. The host was one of the kindest persons I’ve met. The room was spacious and clean. The best: a breath-taking view of the valley, especially during dawn and dusk. Sitting on the patio looking over the valley was my favorite thing to do while at Duet Hearts.

Although it was only 10 minutes walk to Ella Main Street, it involves a few steep climbs on very narrow country road. And internet connection was intermittent at best.

Lovely hosts. Comfortable large room & bathroom Down a bit of a small road - tip take a torch if you walk to the Main Street for bars restaurants etc & it’s only 5 mins walk. Host was very good in arranging transport for us additionally Lovely views from the balcony Would highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful host. Room had everything we needed. Good size and best shower we've had so far, just like at home. Great breakfast on the balcony served at time of our choosing. Comfortable bed, good night's sleep. Five/ten minutes stroll to town. Tuktuk should cost around 300.

Very tranquil, good view, staffs very attentive, spacious room with balcony where you have your breakfast. Hot- cold shower. Centrally locate but is quite.

Have to take tuk tuk to property

Duet hearts is very close to the centre, however it is in a wooded area, with no street lights which is fine during the day but at night you're relying on tuk tuks to get you around. The room was immaculate and it is decorated beautifully, the staff were really helpful and the breakfast on the terrace is a nice touch.

More towels would have been good as we only had 1 each. We were only staying 1 night, which wasn't a problem, but maybe provide a hand towel in future.
