Big room with spacious terrace, 2 double beds and still enough space. wonderful view from the terrace . Nice hosts who speak little English but are always willing to help.

The neighbors have dogs which are barking during the night.

The people are very friendly, the views are lovely, it’s a short 10 min walk to town via the train tracks, generous breakfast portions.

The view is the absolute highlight, waking up to the waterfall view was incredible. The location is very quiet (but you’re right next to the tracks, so the train passes sometimes but it wasn’t too annoying) and if you go through the train tracks, you’re in the city very quickly without having to climb any hills, so that was very convenient. The breakfasts vary daily which is very thoughtful. The hot water worked fine, the bed was comfortable, there was a fan in the room. The hosts are kind but we didn’t talk much.

The Wi-Fi worked poorly for the first two days and then didn’t at all for the remaining two. We didn’t bother explaining because the communication with our hosts was complicated from start, as they don’t speak much English. We could communicate all the basic things we needed but it would have been nice to be able to chat more, ask for sightseeing tips etc.

Kind hosts, excellent view of the waterfall and mountains from the room, large terrace, delicious breakfast.

I loved the typical breakfast🍌🍉 they prepared :)❤️, the family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 welcomed me with open arms, the room was super spacious, the bed was very comfortable🛏️. They had a hairdryer in the bathroom! A fan (blower), television 📺... everything perfect! The terrace was very quiet, the views were breathtaking, the waterfall, the mountains... YOU WILL LOVE IT!😍😍 THE FAMILY, THE ROOM, THE PLACE AND THE FOOD WERE EXCELLENT.

Property is bful and located away from market which is what we wanted, its 10min to market via tuk tuk. owner and his family are very polite and nice people, helpful too and they will take care of everything you need. They also arranged vegetarian breakfast which was delicious and helped with everything we asked.

Very poor wifi, you cant open any browser at all

The view from the room was stunning. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and prepared a delicious, authentic Sri Lankan breakfast.

We took our own vehicle. The parking space is insufficient for turning the vehicle. struggled a bit to make the turn.
