Large room with comfortable bed. Incredible view from balcony. 10 minute walk from centre of Ella, so lovely and quiet at night. Variety of breakfast items. Bottled water available at reception on request. Helpful staff.

We were the only guests at the time due to low season - would have been good to have some company for breakfast each morning. One taxi would not drive down the narrow road to the property (from the main road) but others would. Be aware if you've got luggage with you. Bathroom sink drained on to the floor - we reported and the staff said it would be fixed. They did fit a plug so that the sink was usable though.

The apartment is nice, with a wonderful view. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

During the rain the water was entering through the doors. Its quote hard to reach it by a car. The host was not ready for our arrival and we barely communicated.

We stayed here for a night to enjoy the magnificent view of the hills, and it was absolutely worth it. One of the highlights was being able to see and hear a beautiful waterfall right from our balcony—it was incredibly peaceful and added to the charm of the place. The room was comfortable, with both the AC and geyser working perfectly, though we hardly needed the AC at night since it got quite cold. A warm blanket was definitely needed! Breakfast was delicious and had a nice local touch, featuring egg hoppers, fresh fruits, and toast with jam and butter. It was a great way to start the day. Ella town is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. When you go down the hill from the resort, it takes around 10 minutes to reach the town. The challenging part is the climb back up the hill if you’re not used to walking a lot. One downside: tuk-tuk fares in Ella are very high. PickMe doesn’t work here at all, and the lowest fare for a tuk-tuk is around 500 LKR, which is quite sad. Overall, a perfect spot to relax and take in the hills. We stayed here mainly for the view, and it didn’t disappoint.

Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Amazing view to wake up to. Breakfast was generous.

Food on site is only available at breakfast. Otherwise it's about a 10 min walk to the nearest food. This can feel very inconvenient when it's pouring rain, but otherwise it's fine.

We had one of the 3 rooms that are being rented out currently, and it had an exceptional view of the waterfall from the outside covered deck.

The property feels very tired. There are 2 employees working, both were pleasant, but there was very little interaction with them. It was difficult to communicate. The breakfasts were ample but started late for us at 8:30 in the morning. Location is 1 km from town center, and you walk along a very busy road.
