Świetny domek położony w dobrej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Madery. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dostęp do czystych ręczników i pościeli bez limitu. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Dostępne dla mieszkańców miejsca parkingowe, dostęp do basenu ze słoną wodą i taras z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele.

Dość sporo jaszczurek, pająków i robaków- brak moskitier w oknach, ale właściciele zapewniają wkłady do kontaktów przeciwko owadom Dość twarde łóżka, ale można rozłożyć pod prześcieradłem koce dostępne w szafkach i łóżka stają się wygodniejsze.

Locația perdectă cu o priveliște slectavuloasă.

We spent two wonderful weeks in one of the bungalows at Villa Afonso, and I would like to share an honest and detailed review of our stay. Location Villa Afonso is situated on a hillside (as is 99% of everything in Madeira), in the upper part of Câmara de Lobos. The property is surrounded by a banana orchard, vineyards, and lush greenery. From the main patio/terrace in front of the villa, there is a beautiful view of the nearby hills, houses, and the ocean. The Bungalow We stayed in the first, probably slightly smaller bungalow. Both bungalows are located behind the main villa. Ours consisted of a bedroom with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and stairs leading to an upper balcony. From the balcony, you can admire the surrounding villages scattered along the hillsides, with a partial side view of the ocean. There are no windows in the bungalow, but two sets of balcony doors (the entrance and the upper terrace doors) provide sufficient daylight. The furnishings include a TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and two electric burners. As for the smell – I agree with some earlier reviews: the scent of old stone is noticeable at first. We solved it easily by buying a scented plug-in, and after that, it was barely perceptible. Insects – I was worried after reading some reviews and even brought insect spray, but we never had to use it. We didn’t encounter any issues at all. Towels can be changed freely whenever needed. Breakfast The continental breakfast was more than enough for us. Every morning there were three types of bread, two kinds of cold cuts, cheese, several kinds of yoghurts, cereals, jam portions, butter, delicious fruit salad, vegetables, dried dates or prunes, and eggs (either hard-boiled or scrambled). Each day also included either cake or cookies. Of course, there was also juice, a selection of teas, and freshly ground coffee from the machine.

Just two small things could be improved: the pillows could be replaced with new ones, and the shower curtain would benefit from an update.

Dejlig beliggenhed, med en meget smuk udsigt. Selve huset var sjarmeren.

Morgenmads tidspunkt var alt for sent 8.30, og den virkede for afmålt og kaffen var tynd. Desværre kunne man ikke få gratis kaffe, udover morgenmaden. Vi savnede et køleskab på værelset. Bruseren i badeværelset var snusket og alt virkede lidt slidt og træt

Nádherná zahrada a ubytování v kamenném starém domě jako na zámku. Z terasy výhled na moře. Soukromí a klid. Slaný bazén. Příjemný a pozorný pan domácí. Dobré snídaně a kafe. Výborná restaurace nedaleko od ubytování.

Trochu tvrdší matrace.

La location è bellissima, c’è un giardino con vista sull’oceano meravigliosa. É possibile fare colazione fuori con questa vista da 10. La posizione è comoda. Se avete una macchina piccola potete parcheggiare dentro, la nostra non ci entrava ma abbiamo parcheggiato tranquillamente in strada

La piscina è bellissima ma secondo me fredda, inoltre mancano delle sdraio che permettano di goderne a pieno. Il bungalow é un po’ piccolo e non viene fornito servizio di pulizia, anche se è possibile prendere asciugamani puliti quando si vuole. La colazione non è molto ricca
