Lovely place with in great location

Our team had to share with a family, and didnt get the use of the lounge area as kids had taken control of the TV

Victoria is welcoming, friendly and gave us excellent suggestions for the best views, activities and options for eating out in Patea. Good choices for an easy breakfast which were very welcome Home is surprisingly spacious, well presented and very comfortable.

Maybe a kitchen blind as sun was very bright on bench in morning.

The use of the large comfortable lounge.

My adult daughter could have had a better bed and perhaps in her own room.

Basic and not seen any investment for decades but did the job at that price. Clean enough.

A very neat and tidy B&B just as described, value for money, kitchen has all the things you need extra bonus continental breakfast. Bathrooms were very clean towels included we had our own bathroom and our room was on the other of the lounge, separated from the other rooms. Huge lounge, wifi was flawless, huge tv & comfy sofas, older style accommodation enjoyed how the carpets were nostalgic. Accomodation was full booked during our weekend, comfortably safe and private while still using the facilities and meeting the others during the stay or going about things by yourself. Parking is safe we chose to park on the street. Thankyou for the great stay 👍🏽

I felt very unsafe so after the first night I didn't go back, such a shame I couldn't get a refund

The night we booked we had the whole place to ourselves the place was comfortable and the host could teach some other places we've stayed cleanliness lessons we would have no hesitation of recommending and staying there again ourselves breakfast was a great range and nice touch
