We spent 3 hours trying to get in after being given wrong pin no. On booking sheet. Only the kindness of 2 neighbours saved us 2 x 79 year olds in freezing wind. Had it not been for their care after 2 hours we would have gone on. The owner owes Waimarie and Christina in a big way. Only an answer phone was available to us all. The place was fine once we got in.

Incorrect pin and no box colour on confirmation of booking. No telephone response for 3 hours, even though our arrival time had been confirmed the previous day.

Comfortable and clean property. Car parking on site. Well provided for breakfast. Would definitely stay at again.

A large spacious lounge and kitchen, with all that was necessary for a short stay

The bedroom was tiny, although it was the smallest bedroom in the house

Breakfast fairly basic .better quality muesli and some fresh fruit would be appreciated

Lighting in bedroom inadequate .No effective bedside light .Towels rather thin .

A nice continental breakfast was provided and we liked it. Large tv and plenty of heating inside the house and we had the full indepence on that night.

Nice, pleased it was just us and we didn't need to share facilities. Would be great for our extended whaanau would be enough space for them all.

Just some house maintenance, gutters had weeds, was raining, gutters werw over flowing. Maybe having a hot chocolate option for hot drinks would be nice too Bedside Light on right in purple roon flickering.
