Lovely towels. Very comfortable bedroom.

Open kitchen shelves and unkept outdoor area made the otherwise lovely place seem a little shabby.

Very nice surrounding in the nature. The window in the bathroom is nice and the bedroom reachable via the stairs is ingenious.

"Little sanctuary close to Auckland"

We had a wonderful night in Kakariki Cottage, and were sad we wouldn't get to spend more time in this lovely, private sanctuary. The cottage is appointed with everything you could ask for and more and whilst close to the city it is quiet and surrounded by paddocks. We were on a rush in the morning so didn't get to take advantage of the generous fresh egg and milk delivery - but maybe next time. We would love to come back. Thanks for having us!
