Kakariki Cottage

This was our second stay at Kakariki Cottage. It's a lovely cottage in a quiet rural setting which we enjoyed very much. We will be back very soon:)

Amazing! Apon arrival there were two lambs at our doorstep, our daughter loved it, beautiful cottage and extremely accommodating with bread, spreads, coffee, milk, chocolate etc. Amazing little getaway, wish we booked more than one night.

Just a minor oversight, we requested a portacot however there wasn’t one, we were lucky we ended up bringing our own, nothing to worry about, just be mindful of future requests :)

Peaceful nature Plenty of blankets and towels. Well maintained

Lacked firewood (no kindling) and breakfast add ons (fruit) Bed was a little soft for our liking

Lovely quaint cottage in a great rural location, but not far from the shops and other facilities.

Nothing we didn't like. TIP: The stairs to the loft bedroom are very steep and need to be descended as on a ladder.

Beautiful place to stay with the little extras made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable
