Siargao Zita's Garden Inn

The rooms are a little dated but for the price we paid you shouldn’t expect more. Beds were really good. Rooms had good curtains to keep out the light and the typical (pretty good) Philippine airconditioning. It’s just outside the Main Street so we walked all the time. At night there might be some dark places you have to walk so don’t forget to use your phone for some extra light (or take a tricacle). The owner is amazing. The lady helped us with everything: rent a scooter (she knows a guy), doing a your (no problem, she knows a guy), cab to the airport or from the airport to this place (you get it: she knows a guy)

My stay at this place was horrible... according to what I did at check in I left my backpacks... I went to dinner and came back in an hour... when I entered my room everything had been stolen... my photography equipment valued at €8000, my hard drives with all my work, my wallet with money and my cards... the owners did absolutely nothing for me... they completely ignored me and didn't even speak to me, every time I went to talk to them they avoided me and dramatized the matter as if they had lost something when the only one who lost things was me... I still think they gave the tip from inside, it was all very strange and the owners ended up leaving the place leaving me completely with nothing and no money... they don't have insurance for anything please avoid this place since they have zero empathy when a problem occurs... all I can do is move forward and let karma do its work... they are not responsible for anything, they have no security, this review is the only thing I have left, I have the complaint from the police and little else, don't even think about going

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommended place!

I like the Service of the staff. People are nice specially the owner she is wonderful.

But they need to improve their facilities to match the prices of their rooms.

Room was very small. Toilet didn't flush. No warm water

Staff were really friendly and was an easy walk to get to the shops. Room had what I needed and they were happy to help get me picked up for the airport ride back. They were happy to accommodate me to another room when there was an issue with mine when I got there. So they will do what they can for you.

If it rained you had to walk through water to get there and was a bit of building work going on but this wasn't that much of an issue the mattress in my room was very thin though!
