Staff was nice

The room we got was nowhere near what the pictures look like. It looked rotten and old and the restroom was clearly unmaintained. The water smelled of rust and the bidet handle was rusted. This is the first time in my experience of booking that the room looked nothing like the listing. I felt deceived and it makes me sad I could have gotten a better accommodation elsewhere for the same or lower price but I chose this one because the photos seemed fair.

super cozy room, the place is quiet and peaceful, location is super close to the center, but the best thing was the staff and the owners. I felt like part of their family, always taking care of me and making me feel super comfortable. A lovely experience! Really recommended✨
