Very nice owner, good position, close to the beach. We had a very good new year eve here, everyone go to the street, watch fireworks, say happy new year to each other, the owner even shared food with us. Very good new year experience.

The place is clean. Minimalist, no frills, if you need a bed with AC and bath, this place is ideal.

Tldr, not pet friendly contrary to property details, they may attempt to open the door while you're there, confuses guest check out details, tricky parking Major: Not actually pet friendly They can shoot you surprises than can cause completely avoidable stress. For example, despite booking our stay days in advance, on THE DAY of our trip to San Fernando we suddenly got a message that the property is NO LONGER pet friendly. I explained this is contrary to the booking description. They eventually allowed us to keep our pet, but for a fee of 500 pesos per pet. I explained again that the booking states pets are allowed free of charge. The guy I spoke with on the phone was apologetic and allowed us to keep our pet for free as intended, though now it sounds we got a favor to be thankful for, instead of getting what was advertised. I didn't want to deal with this hassle and stress in the middle of a long drive. Would have been simpler if they informed me of any policy changes days in advance instead of on the day of our check in. Minor: 1. They reminded me to check out on the second day of my stay, when I have two more days remaining. I hope they fix how they record their interactions with guests. 2. I was on my work shift with the door closed when a member of the family who owns the property attempted to open the sliding door. Must be simply checking, but it felt intrusive. What if the door is unlocked? I suggest you leave your footwear outside to let them know you are inside. 3. You will park in a file. Not sure how going in and out works. Streetside parking is also an option, but I opted to not leave our car here. Other guests seemed to make it work, so listing this one under "minor".

Staff excellent, very helpful! Clean room, convenient location for us

Would prefer regular bed, but not a huge deal. No tv or hot shower, ok for me but maybe an improvement going forward.

Right next to the main road and has access to the beach. Garden is so nice and the staff very friendly.

Friendly staffs and dogs,the location is close Partas bus terminal station, traffic is convenient to downtown or San Juan,breakfast for everyday is OK.

The place is family-owned and maintained, and they are very hands-on with the guests. It really feels like you’re staying with an Ilocana tita (if you have one of those, you’ll know what I mean). You’ll also see three lovely and sweet dogs in the property so that was a major plus! Will definitely stay here again ✨
