The cafe below the accommodation makes breakfast very convenient. Room was clean and hosts were responsive and helpful.

The WiFi wasn't working properly quite often.

Weird thing at last moment I got information that on Sunday all staff leaves at 6:30 so no one available

Large , Clean & Comfy room also very bright with good Aircon & well laid out . the staff are amazing both helpful and friendly the location is good we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast there on the 1st day of our arrival I can recommend Srilax without hesitation or complaint 😄

Poder pedir comida a la cafetería de debajo. No estaba muy cara la habitación. Silencio una vez que cierran la cafetería

No me gustó que no queda nadie de personal en el establecimiento, cuando cierran el café todo el personal se va y si tienes alguna pregunta o necesitas ayuda (por ejemplo para bajar mis maletas cuando me fui temprano al aeropuerto) no hay nadie que te ayude, y eso tampoco ayuda a que se sienta muy seguro (no había ni nadie de seguridad a fuera).

The location was very central. And being on top of Kumbuk means you have amazing breakfast/ brunch options

Maybe improve the amenities a little (iron/ iron boards/ hair driers)

It was not only tastefully done, but also clean, airy and comfortable. I liked the simplicity and minimalism design.

It is a cozy accomodation with a nice coffee place in the first floor.
