Riad Nelia

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner). It was a quiet oasis in the middle of the Medina.

The Riad is beautiful, the staff is absolutely wonderful and did everything to make our stay amazing, rooms were properly cleaned everyday.

We booked three rooms. Two were on the ground floor, one on the first floor. The airconditioning was rather weak on the first floor room, it could barely keep the room cool. While the ground floor rooms had to turn the AC down because it was to cold. Not sure whether that's a maintenance issue or the fact that the sun hits the first floor later on the day. The walk to the riad was also a bit sketchy, especially at night. The walk from the taxi to the riad was around 250m through small streets. Like the entire city this riad is not wheel chair accessible.

The staff

The staff were amazing and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room and the facilities were fabulous. The Riad is very close to pick up points for taxis. The Bahia Palace and The Badii palace are close by it is great location.

There was nothing to dislike

Selim was highly attentive and helpful in giving directions and assisting . It’s in center of Medina

Riad can be cozy and beautiful , but it’s not as spacious like city hotels . So better to expect that . Moreover taxi is few mins walk from Riad, so expect walking with your luggage, the Riads generally doesn’t have lifts .

Beautiful property and rooms! We loved every detail. The staff is amazing!! We had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in their spa.

Staff is great but a little slow.

Staff goes above and beyond for you. Always friendly and helpful. We had our credit cards forgotten in the property and they sent to our home by post. Rooms are cleaned and organized everyday with new fresh towels. The hotel is well decorated and well located. The rooms are silent. Air conditioning worked silent as well. Breakfast had all the basics with an Arabic touch and menu was slightly changed everyday. Overall one of the best experiences I had with a hotel.

As everything is Marrakesh, payment is preferred in cash. ATMs are easy to find tho.
