Breakfast on the terrace was great. Beds were comfy and the location was good.

This place was super deceptive. You don't really know which place you are booking in as the photos are of different places. Not very good value for money. We were here on our honeymoon and they didn't do anything to make it more special despite this being a wildly expensive accomodation for what it ended up being. We were told we could checkin at 11 so we came then and they said the room would be ready in 5 minutes. We came back 5 hours later and it still was not ready at 5pm. They gave us a free massage to apologise for the inconvenience which ended up being great and we are grateful for this but the whole experience there didn't meet our expectations.

Tucked away just a short walk from the bustling souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa, this riad is a true oasis in the medina. The architecture is stunning—thoughtfully restored with elegant traditional touches and modern comfort. My room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered a sense of peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. Every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace—fresh, flavorful, and with a view that made each morning special. I also took part in the cooking class offered by the riad, which was a fun and enriching experience I’d highly recommend. Riad Nelia doesn’t just provide accommodation—it offers a full, authentic Moroccan experience. I felt like a guest in someone’s beautiful home rather than a tourist. I will absolutely be returning, and recommending it to anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a personal touch in Marrakech.

leaving because I was taken advantage of. I was given 1 night in a small guest room that was like a closet and not a room.

the manager names mehdi didn't approve my date change request as my flight was delayed. instead of offering me the next few days he canceled the whole thing and took my money. to make me feel like it's okay that he ripped me off he offered me one night. when my flight arrived and I came to this riad I saw many keys there for rooms. the night worker gave me the guest room which had no lights and was smaller than a closet and when I asked are you serious the night worker laughed and told me to ask Mehdi. I didnt bother. I was ripped off and this is not hospitality or good customer service at all. I stil would like .y refund as the little guest house wasn't even a room ! I wasn't offered any help or assistance during my stay and its really sad. don't let them rip you off and don't stay here. also the cleaner mopped the floor around the pool and threw all the dirt and garbage of the floor into the pool. be safe everyone.

There are two properties, we stayed at the Nelia Signature and wow! The property itself is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location is great for exploring the Medina, we didn’t need to take any taxis. The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. The Breakfast and Moroccan mint tea provided was delicious.

my room's door is not working. cannot lock the door for 2 days. also the water drainage is so slow. the breakfast have no meat, but every moroccan hotel is like this.
