Horrible experience….All our plan was dropped due to them…..We ordered lunch from them and took 1 and half hours to get….same thing happened for breakfast and we missed our flight….it was bit difficulty booking taxi in the morning and the staff was not helpful at all.

The room was not that worth for money, toilet very unclean and wash basin clogged

The staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The riad itself is beautifully designed, lovely setting and in a great location.

The room lighting was quite dark

the location is a bit far from the closest point a car can park, so need to walk a bit with some help from a local. Not too bad though

They were actively doing some repairs/painting - made the room smell like paint/maybe the room just tends to be a little musty-smelling in the first place. Some photos of the booking might be of their newer, larger sister riad which is about 5 minute walk away and guests have access too, but might be misleading.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help. Unlimited mint tea and the breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable
