Beautifully decorated, staff were all super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent!

We hadn’t realised that there were two properties advertised on the same booking.com advert so we didn’t have access to the rooftop pool, and the pool we did have in our Riad was just for show and not accessible.

Our stay at Nelia Signature Riad Marrakech was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. There were no check-in issues or language barriers—the entire team was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home right away. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed with a luxurious yet peaceful atmosphere, it was the perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-house spa, where I had a traditional hammam and massage. Hafsa, the therapist, was wonderful—professional, gentle, and very caring. It was such a relaxing and refreshing experience that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. We were also so impressed by the restaurant at the riad. The food was simply amazing—authentic, flavorful, and freshly prepared. Every meal was a delight, from traditional Moroccan dishes to perfectly spiced tagines. Dining at the riad was an experience in itself, and it added so much to the overall charm of our stay. What truly makes this place special is the kind-hearted staff. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and sincere care made our visit unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip to Marrakech, we can’t recommend Nelia Signature Riad enough—for its hospitality, spa, cuisine, and peaceful luxury, it’s truly a gem in the heart of the city.

The Riad was stunning, every corner held a little bit of culture and authenticity. The room we have was absolutely lovely and really felt like we were living traditionally. The staff were so attentive and nice, all spoke English and would ask us if we needed anything as soon as we enter or leave. Overall the place felt really safe and was quiet and peaceful. I was travelling alongside my friend and for 2 girls we felt really safe and secure in our surroundings.

We loved the food and in fact, of all the Tagines we had in Morocco, I do believe the chef at the Riad made the best food. We loved it so much that we took the cooking class with him to learn to make it the way he made it.

it was a bit difficult to find on the first day, but it became easy after. If arriving by car, the staff will help bring your luggage from the Car.
