Had an amazing stay! The place looks stunning and the atmosphere was super relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and really went out of their way to help. Plus, the food was seriously delicious.

An oasis of calm in the busy Medina. Excellent service from all staff from the moment we arrived, couldn’t fault their friendliness and attentiveness. Comfortable rooms, lovely abundance of food at breakfast, changed slightly every day. Arranged airport transfers which was a great decision, met promptly at airport and then at drop off to be walked to the riad can’t recommend enough!

One of our favorite stays in Morocco, where to start.. we would say the best thing about this Riad is the staff, literally everyone (including housekeepers) was super friendly, helpful, welcoming, they made our stay even more special.. we stayed at the smaller Riad of the collection - it was very -very- beautiful, well maintained, very clean, quiet and the room was very unique and super comfy. The breakfast on the rooftop was breathtaking, and the service/food was simply great!!! I can't think of a single negative thing here. The location was great as we were at a walking distance from all main attractions. We would like to thank the staff (EVERYONE) for their hospitality, their heartwarming welcoming, and their readiness to help at any hour of the day/night. We would DEFINITELY come back again.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Staff were always willing to help out. The riad itself is quite beautiful and modern. They arranged an airport taxi for us easily, and were very helpful with recommendations for what to do and see.

A little miffed by them asking for payment in cash. Booking.com states you can pay in cash or card, but when we didn't have the amount in cash they added a 3% surcharge. The riad is quite expensive - more than other riads in the surrounding area so that 3% adds up quite quickly. Breakfast is nice but quite simple. Eggs cost extra. Overall, it was a great stay but after staying in a couple other riads in the same area, there are less expensive options for the same quality and beauty as Riad Nelia. It is just a lot more expensive than others.
