Residence House

Kan is lovely, friendly, helpful and speaks good English. The room is large as is the bed and spotlessly clean. I was able to buy the ferry ticket there for 350B and a songtheaw was 100B. Kan did all the arranging.

Budget accommodation in central Trat. Owner is a lovely lady helped us with ferry and taxi and the bed was very comfy. In most commercial hotels, double beds are normally 2 singles pushed together so it was comforting to have a good comfy double. Good cheap accom mimosa toon in pleasant area of Trat.

quiet place, clean rooms, nice landlady who is happy to help with everything. I had no problem booking a ticket to Koh Kood directly at the hotel and she also gave me a ride on her motorbike to the shop for bottle of wine and gin:) the city center is a comfortable walk away.

I really enjoyed the staying at this hotel. The owner was a very friendly and helpful lady. Very comfortable rooms, superclean. Nice balcony. Very quiet place. Perfect WiFi connection.

We needed somewhere to rest before going to Koh Chang and this little guesthouse gave us everything we needed. A nice, cold room, warm shower, great nights sleep and a decent breakfast. Plus the owner also fixed the ferry ticket and the pick up for us. Overall, I would recommend it for a short stay (the room was a bit small and basic to stay there longer).

The Residence House is a delightful guesthouse located along a quite road just 5 minutes walk from Trat town centre. Rooms are quite spacious and the beds are ginormous. On the ceiling is a giant fan which is quite rare to see in hotels (I think). Special thanks to the lady owner of the guesthouse who was incredibly friendly and helpful and really made the stay fulfilling.

We needed a place for rest before heading to Koh Chang and this guest house is definitely budget friendly. You get what you pay! Friendly and a little bit strict host but understandable. Breakfast was cheap and delicious!
