415 Marine Parade is a beautiful property which has been renovated to the highest standard. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. There is a lounge and a deck that are free to be used at any time. Free parking is right outside. Ester and Tom have thought of absolutely everything and treat you more like family friends coming to stay, rather than hotel guests. There is Freshly baked cake in the afternoon and breakfast was outstanding! It was perfect.

Absolutely fabulous! This is the best B&B in which we have stayed in 35 years of travel! So many extras; it was such a pleasure to find one treat after another! They use local NZ products which are wonderful. The fresh cake or cookies every day were top quality. Little appetizers at 5pm with wine if desired. A plethora of non-alcohol beverages available, great snacks in the room. Amazing bathroom amenities. Large, spacious, very well appointed rooms. A perfect location. The hosts could not have been kinder nor more helpful. I’d give them a 20 out of 10 if I could.

Tom & Esther made us feel so welcome. It was more like we were invited to their home instead of a hotel.

Everything! This is an 11/10 6* experience. Esther and Tom are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. They not only picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station but also helped with restaurant reservations. Meet and greet fellow guests with a drink at 5pm was a great way to get to know fellow travellers. The place itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in NZ. I could go on and on about just how good this is but go and see for yourself!

The experience with the charming hosts Esther and Tom was just amazing. You truly feel like an awaited guest, and part of the experience are the shared moments with the hosts and/ or the other guests. The house is stunningly decorated with a lot of thoughtful details (elevator, sunscreen, drinks with guests, breakfast). One of the best accomodation experiences I have ever had, in any country.

The property owners made me feel so welcome as if I was a member of their family. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying with them any time you are in the Napier area. It was a delightful stay
