Very friendly owners of the house! We have got a very warm welcome with cocktails, canapés and an outstanding breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean and sufficient.

This place is a true gem!

415 Marine Parade was a real find! Tom and Esther are delightful, welcoming hosts. They have thought of absolutely everything their guests might need and have created a warm and exceptionally comfortable environment. The rooms are all newly and tastefully decorated, the beds are super comfortable and everything is spotless. Breakfasts are a convivial start to the day, often shared with other guests. We stumbled upon this hotel by accident, when little was available during a busy weekend in Napier. We are so glad we did - we would have enjoyed Napier no matter what, but staying here was the icing on the cake!

Absolutely nothing at all.

Everything was beyond expectation. From the welcome, pre-dinner drinks, numerous extras in the room, home made delicious preserves and other fresh breakfast items, through to the fascinating company and hosting, the whole experience was quite exquisite. Thank you Esther and Tom!

Nothing whatsoever

Wonderful breakfast and lovely location. Close to town and things to do. Tom and Esther go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and if you're not familiar with the area they are able to point you to things you might like to go and see.

Beautifully updated period property right on the seafront. Lovely 5pm wine and a chat with other guests. Drinks and cakes available all day in the lounge.
