"A wonderful experience and a real treat - Tom and Esther are the best hosts!"

Exceptional hospitality in a fabulous location - walking distance to eateries further down the Parade and an Indonesian restaurant right next door! Parking right outside and an internal lift made things easy. Fresh baking daily and a wonderful breakfast - nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely wonderful host and hostess, can't praise the accommodation enough, the rooms are stunning, right down to the heated bathroom floor. Breakfast, well what can I say, superb. Thank you so much Esther and Tom.

The TV was a bit small for the room. It was a but hard to see but really I'm not complaining.

An exceptional place to stay. Beautifully refurbished property, amazing attention to detail, superb location, warm, friendly and generous hosts. Cake and tea on arrival and whenever you want. Wine and drinks served each night: all complimentary. Home baking for breakfast with different selection each day. Helpful suggestions for activities and help with making reservations. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic and opening out on to the veranda via French shutters. We’ve been travelling for ten weeks now and 415 Marine Parade is accommodation not to be missed. Napier is also a place not to be missed.

Perfect home away from home! The standard of the accommodation is nothing short of exceptional. The hosts couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast provided was absolutely top notch. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Napier
