"Friendly cockroach at the entrance"

There was a big cockroach and several big dead mosquitoes on the stairs and entrance. The room was very dusty on the nightstands, and bed frame and the bathroom had bugs and smelled like sewage once we came in. The bed sheets were mostly clean but had some stains on them which I rather not find out what it is. The place was hard to find through google maps which we had to ask help of the number provided which was helpful.
