Batalhoz House II

We had recently stayed at the batalhoz guest house on Rua da Batalhoz. It was a nice experience and since we needed to be in Cartaxo one more time, I booked…. Thinking it was the same property. But there are 2 locations in Cartaxo. This one was not as nice and while it did have A/C the bathroom was very tiny and not up to my standards of clean. The mistake was mine…. I mistakenly booked the wrong location. Additionally the staff, on both stays did not send the necessary information to do the self-check in process and we were left standing outside and waiting while I tried both phone numbers to reach someone. I did not comment about this on our first booking review because I thought it was a one time mistake….. but now it happened twice.

Dingy, bathroom not very clean.

I like some things

There are sounds coming from outside the room due to which there is a lot of disturbance and the check out time should be extended a little. One more thing, whenever someone comes in, they does not knock the door.

Small bad room and smell is not good 😏
