Un peu loin de la ville

It was the best Airbnb we ever booked! The cottage has a lot of lovely details, was perfectly made and super clean! The breakfast was like in a five star bakery! Everything was homemade and so delicious;

Kitty was an absolutely fabulous host and the amenities were perfect for a cozy weekend away. She offered a lift to and from the airport, provided local insight on attractions and how to get around, and provided a delicious breakfast every morning (even arranging something for me when I had a extra early morning). The cottage was self-contained and had all I needed, and the location was close to greenspaces and viewpoints. Highly recommend to anyone else looking to stay in Napier!

I love this place! Very cozy rooms, almost everything you need for good nights of rest, the cutest little garden/pool and amazing hospitality from Kitty and her partner. The woodwork in the room is amazing and ever so thoughtful. I really enjoyed the breakfasts prepared fresh by Kitty. It was a very generous spread and great chats always. Thank you for having us and going the trouble to give us instructions and assurance so we can check in smoothly with our car. The price is slightly higher but I find it very worth for the value and warmth you get. What a gem up on Bluff Hill!

Nothing at all!! Well if you don't drive it's a good 10 min walk from CBD and some stairs (it's on a hill after all)

Cottage is in a really nice location. Tastefully renovated and very comfortable. Lovely garden and birds. The breakfast was great. The home baked bread and pastries were delicious! Kitty, the host was very welcoming and provided useful information regarding sightseeing in Napier and the Hawkes Bay area. There were also some books in the cottage about the area. Good wifi.

Nothing that I can think of

A very nice, quiet and private location. Beautiful garden, Very comfortable. Kitty (the host) was a beautiful person and presented us with the most amazing breakfasts each morning. Home baked bread, pastries, meats, cheese, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee etc. etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

I honestly liked everything about the stay.

Kitty´s B&B lies in a quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. With all the ferns, trees and plants you feel like in paradise. We liked sitting next to the pool and listening to the birds. Kitty is a welcoming superfriendly host, we enjoyed her breakfast with excellent homemade baking and the fresh fruits from her garden. Our room was spacious with comfy beds and our own terrace. We did not mind walking up and down the hill because the location was so perfect. Thank you Kitty for everything.

Top of a hill. Great views. Bit of a walk but worth it.

We stayed in the cottage which has been renovated to very high standards, in keeping with the age of the property. We loved the wooden panelling and the light switches! Kitty is a most excellent host; she is very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed and at ease. She has great local knowledge and suggestions of what to do in the area and is a fantastic baker! Each morning for breakfast we had a freshly baked sourdough loaf, rolls and pastries along with homemade granola and fruit from the garden - absolutely delicious!
