Lovely comfortable apartment under the family home. Access to pool and extremely welcoming hosts

Lovely peaceful location overlooking gorgeous full of trees,ferns and singing birds. Our rooms were beautifully appointed with wood panelling and deco styling. Bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent.

Kitty was the perfect host. The property was so well looked after and the location was perfect. We will be back

We had a very warm welcome from Kitty & Peter. A special place, with charming accommodation beautifully styled. We even enjoyed a swim in the pool. The breakfast was the crowning glory with homemade bread and pastries, even the muesli was made by Kitty! We will definitely return if we plan to visit Napier again.

The suite is very spacious and well maintained with lots of nice touches. The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked pastries. Kitty is an excellent host. It’s worth staying there just to meet her.

Is there an above excellent marking for booking.com because Kitty certainly deserves that rating, simply the best host - not only offering really great hints & tips on the local area she bakes & creates the most delicious breakfast…. Always contactable which was absolutely fabulous especially when travelling overseas and unsure of exact arrival times Kitty gave us the best route to Bluff Hill when it was a packed Napier due to art deco weekend & road closures where everywhere. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous, total privacy & the most comfortable bed. Cannot fault this gorgeous piece of paradise. Thank you so so much for having us Kitty - if in Napier for our next trip to NZ will certainly be booking again - 😘

Everything - the host, Kitty, has done an excellent job. She paid notice to every tiny thing in the room to make you feel she managed with great passion. She is extremely friendly and chat with us just like friends. Her bakery skills are extremely professional , and we enjoy ourselves very much during breakfast. We got everything we needed and we had a great stay there. Thank you, Kitty. Hope to return to stay in your accommodation if we visit Napier next time.
