Heavens Seven

Wonderful place. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts, and the hosts are absolutely wonderful people, very helpful and friendly

Hosts were very kind and helpful. They helped us plan our hiking trips and made recommendations for other things to around town as well as food. The breakfast was really yummy. The room had a beautiful view of a waterfall and Ella Rock.

The host was very friendly and attentive to ensure we had a great time. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us excellent tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

The family that run this homestay are so kind and helpful! They helped us book fair priced taxis, rented us a scooter, stored our luggage and even extend our stay in another homestay. He even drew us maps out how to hike Zella rock, shortcuts to the town and where to eat 😅 The balcony view is amazing in the morning and the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. The highlight for us was Leo, the new puppy who greets you every morning 🐶

Nothing, it was perfect for a stay in Ella

Everything about our stay here was exceptional. We were treated like family and the lovely couple who own the place went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They also have the cutest puppy! The room is lovely and clean, comfortable bed with mosquito net and a proper duvet. The shower is hot with good water pressure - best one I’ve had in months of travelling. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. For breakfast we had teas coffee, fresh fruits, toast, eggs, pancakes, roti, jam. It will fill you up well for a day of hiking! Easy walk down the train tracks to Ella town and we recommend Matey Hut for dinner.

Nothing to dislike. Though do note that taxis can’t get right up to the property so there’s a short walk (just a few minutes)
