I stayed in Kandy for 2 nights and the staff was really nice to me. Sanda was excellent in everything and with a super welcome in everything, you can see the great work he does, the hotel is in a perfect location because it is not in the center of the confusion but within walking distance of the center. breakfast was very good

The only thing is that the rooms are a little dated, maybe they could use some maintenance

We stayed at Mount Palace for one night. The room and washroom are spacious, but the maintenance is poor. The bedspread and pillow covers looked old and not fresh, and there was a bad smell in the room. Basic amenities like tissues, bottled water, and a kettle were not provided. Breakfast was included, but it was not good and lacked variety compared to other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Even tea in the room had to be paid for separately. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful. They assisted us with laundry quickly, even though it is a paid service. Overall, Mount Palace has friendly staff and spacious rooms, but poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and a subpar breakfast make it less appealing. Not at all recommended.......

Bedspread and pillow covers look old and not fresh. Unpleasant odor in the room. No tissues, bottled water, or kettle provided in the room. Room and washroom, although spacious, are not properly maintained. The air conditioner is too noisy

El persona es muy amable y servicial. Comida económica.

Falta de limpieza. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La habitación no tenía ventanas y no se podía ventilar… olía mucho a humedad.

Über das Hotel haben wir einen Flughafentransfer organisiert bekommen. Das hat super funktioniert. Ebenso wurde uns ein Privatfahrer organisiert, der uns für einen angemessenen Preis den ganzen Tag zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kandy gefahren hat. Auch hier hat alles super funktioniert und der Fahrer war sehr bemüht um uns. Die Aussicht vom Hotel über Kandy ist außergewöhnlich!

Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.
