Ruimte en rust

Ontbijt was erg mager. Geen vleesbeleg, geen kaas, geen eitje. Alleen jam en honing. En verder geen persoonlijk contact. Er is zoveel meer te maken van deze prachtige plek.

Great location 10 mins drive outside town. Very clean. Good comms with owner. Great view of the lake. Breakfast of bread, jams, cereal and cheese. There's no wash up station but owner was happy for me to leave it for the cleaner.

Unusual layout and can get warm.

What a fantastic place to stay! We really enjoyed the location, the view and the facilities! We only wish we were able to stay for longer. Will defo rebook if we come back to Rotorua

Awesome view. Great space. Very private. Close to the MTB park.

Room was quite hot. Took a long time to cool down with fan and window open.

There was a private parking space. The view was amazing. The coffee/drink machine was an unexpected treat. The chocolate candy was appreciated. Even though there wasn't a kitchen, a microwave and a fridge were provided as well as tableware. The hosts sent detailed instructions on how to enter the property. We would book this property again.
