Room was not expensive

Rude and really crazy female owner! Offending guests and her husband. She treated her husband like nothing more than a cocroach. Staff is extremely poor - using the place as their own living room so the guests can use their rooms only. Kitchen is not equipped and is not available, very dirty.Very noisy local neighbourhood both day and night. Many arriving guests having reservation were kicked out of the acommodation because no room was available for them! One local guest was provided with place to stay not in the room but on the couches in breakfast area for 5 days and nights- disgusting! The pillows smell and they are not clean. I ´ve got scabies on my neck and face from the pillows!!!!

The hotel was very difficult to find. The location is incorrect.

The host cancelled our booking in the last minute i.e in the evening that we were supposed to checkin and she told us to look for another accommodation indicating that she was overbooked. After a long wait she arranged an alternative accommodation at the friend’s house without air conditioning, towels and breakfast

I personally hab no Problem with the staff, they were Friendly and welcoming. Also the location was quite good, near to the marketplace and some good restaurants, also the turtle sanctuary was a five minute walk away and I can totally recommend going there!

Unfortunately heard the owner screaming and arguing with another guest instead of dealing with the problem and trying to find a solution. Also the other guests told me that they were beaten by her and that she went inside their room to pack their stuff and move it to another room. The room itself was clean but not really safe since people could get inside the room very easily, the bathroom had mold/fungus on the ceiling, there were termites in the bed which made sounds all night long and the mattress and pillows smelled bad. I didn’t expected much and for what they have they made the best out of it ! But for me personally it was too hot and too loud in the room and I didn’t really felt comfortable except with the other travelers.

It was a total disaster, nothing positive can be mentioned.

Most horrible experience of my entire life!!! On the morning of our departure the host literally locked us inside the accomodation like in a prison and only unlocked the entrance after we gave her a lot of money. She even got violent, it was a nightmare! I have no words to describe this... she should be banned from this platform.

You feel like you're at home there. Everybody is so kind and very friendly. You have to walk about 10 min to get to the center of Nungwi very easy. The breakfast was really nice , different everyday . If you need dala dala , taxi...they would organised for you. you can have your laundry done for 20.000tsh which is really cheap.you have to pay in cash at your arrival. my stay there was amazing +++
