Cooperstown Bed and Breakfast

The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. It was very nicely appointed. The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful.

The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee. Fred, the owner, is very organized so breakfast ran very smoothly. He's also fun to talk to.

I'm used to a larger shower.

Fred and Kris were very hospitable! They treated us like family!

Very cozy, clean, the hospitality, cookies were amazing. Easy walk to Main Street, CVS walking distance for any last minute items. Highly recommend this location, Fred and Kris treat each guest as if you’re the only ones staying in the property. First time staying at a Bed and Breakfast but this location was run like a hotel, clean sheets, good quality bedding and pillows along with shower products. Breakfast was outstanding, good portion, the jams, biscuits, were homemade. I stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single minute.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

The carefully prepared breakfast and the cookies served as snacks were very delicious. The entire place was very clean, and the bathroom was new and comfortable. The owner was very kind and gladly accommodated our requests.

Everything was just as I imagined, and it was wonderful.There was nothing to complain about.

The hosts were warm and welcoming. We loved the fresh cooked breakfast choices. The rooms were quaint and our family were together in 2 rooms on the top floor. We had a living room/ library where we would hang out in the evenings.

The hosts left us mostly to our own devices. That was fine for us but other people might want more access.

Great location. Good food. So quaint and comfy. Clean.
