"Exceptional"

Great B&B and Fred was a wonderful host, even providing us gym passes and setting up our son with a cot for the last night after the Cooperstown baseball tournament.

Be aware that breakfast starts at 8, which can be a little tight for morning games. But, they do offer breakfast sandwiches to go. I would suggest offering bacon on the sandwiches, which my kids would have enjoyed.

"After a day filled with baseball games it was nice to have the perfect bed to sleep on."

Breakfast was fabulous. Delicious biscuits, perfect eggs, and waffles were soft inside, crispy outside.

The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to.

"Birthday trip to Cooperstown"

Loved the location. Close walking distance to everything. Breakfasts were delicious. The owner was very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions about things to do and see. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. Plenty of parking for rental car.
