"Charm and joy!"

The location was close to town if you wanted to walk. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional and a warm treat in the morning. The fridge available to guests was a nice treat. Being able to stay in the adjoining room made our party of 4 connected but with space. The beds were very comfortable and the updated bathroom made the room cozy. Strategic tables and outlets allowed for set up as needed for electronics and cpap. The surprise of a kitty was the cherry on top, Franky and the ability to pet him was really a highlight. The common space is spacious and welcoming. Gives the ability to meat other guests or have calm time outside of your room. If you come for baseball or the nature you will find it hard to leave the comfort of this space.

"Charming and perfect stay!"

Excellent location, just outside of Main Street but walkable to the Hall of Fame, Doubleday Field and all the shops and restaurants. The B&B was charming, comfortable, cozy and immaculately clean with an extremely friendly, informative staff and a delicious homemade breakfast.
