Hanover House Bed and Breakfast

What a beautiful home this is! Super clean, close to everything we wanted to see and good parking

Nothing I didn’t like

It was a lovely place, basically clean. Kim was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

I really had to think about this because things were great. We would have liked water and/or juice with breakfast. The butter was refrigerated and hard to spread on the toast, making the toast cold as well. We understand it is the beginning of the season, and these things were very minor.

Clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, super cute decor all around the house. The breakfast was served elegantly (good omelette with veggies, toast, fresh fruit cut by the hosted minutes before serving). An electric kettle was available for guests to make tea 24/7. Good location - easy walk through the park to the Falls. Very safe parking.

It was a beautiful bed and breakfast. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was a great location.

Me and my partner were relieved to find out that Hanover is walking distance from the bus station, the falls, and rainbow bridge. Also, Kim's exceptional hospitality stood out, as she was incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring our experience was nothing short of delightful. The cozy ambiance and Kim's warm hospitality made our getaway truly memorable.

We didn't only go to see the falls, but also to capture the cosmic phenomenon of the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. To our tragic and heartbreaking disappointment, the day was cloudy beyond gray clouds. We only caught glimpses between the clouds. At least we experienced the total darkness.

Kim made me feel at home. She gave me information about the Niagara region, what to see, and how to get there. The house is walking distance from the Falls. I mean, a few blocks. It's close to everything without being in a busy area, really ideal. The house itself is an old Victorian: beautiful with high ceilings. The room that I stayed in was comfortable.

I have nothing bad to say. It is a beautiful house, perfect area, friendly staff.

The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

The entire house was chilly, but they did provide space heaters for our room.

The innkeeper Kim was fabulous. She stayed up late and waited for us, she even helped us find the inn via cell when we kept driving by it in the dark 🤣 our room was very nice, like going back in time once we stepped foot inside the inn. Our breakfast was delicious and we dined in their formal dining room that was adorned with antiques and collectibles. Such a lovely place and an equally lovely and informative innkeeper. I’ll definitely be recommending The Hanover House to my friends and relatives.

It was a nice property. As a bed and Breakfast, it was very plain. Location was great, it has big potential.
