Premier National Harbor House

Nothing, it wreaked of weed and was dark and dingy.

The house, the room.

Breakfast very below average - pour milk over the crisps; make yourself some tea or coffee. That's all. The "nearby" National Harbor is a fenced area and therefore the walk to it is long. Light always turned on - ecology?

This was a horrible place to stay. You stay in the basement of the house. Upstairs above our bedroom was construction going on with air compressor s running, hammering, drilling. The smell of marijuana was so strong. Cobwebs in our room. When bringing this to the owners attention his response was "poor thing". I wrote back real classy response. And he said "Im probably not the person you want to through micro aggressions at...not at all" . So needless to say we'll never go back there!!

Location was just 10 minutes Uber drive from Gaylord Convention Center. The keyless entry to both the property and the room was great. The suite I stayed in was named 'Cosmopolitan' and was large and comfortable. Large TV with access to all channels was a bonus. Large sitting area and large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The whole area was spotlessly clean.

The fact that I had to share the bathroom - which is down the hall - was slightly inconvenient as one or more of the other guests (there are 5 suites) was a slob. Coming from Sri Lanka, where every meal is curated, Cereal and milk (the whole milk ran out, leaving almond milk, which I am no fan of) didn't quite cut it - but I was not booking this location for the breakfast, just the proximity to the Gaylord Center. Maybe a bowl of bananas or other fruit may have complemented the breakfast. The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations of others, particularly if they are inconsiderate.

They are always Very kind with everything.

The rooms, amenities, location and cleanliness are great.

The place was cleaner than what the reviews said. Perhaps they switched up the cleaning management, but it was a good change. They gave free amenities as well, like toiletries and tea/coffee. For the price point, it was worth it.

Sometimes, i get different information from their Booking.com page (automated messages) and from other messages (i assume that is by a person). Maybe they should take a look at their automated messages and update if needed. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot from other guests - it's up to your luck how noisy they are, but I had a family talk really loudly in the kitchen area from 6am. I want to give them some grace, but damn that kid can scream. Not Premier's fault though, just saying to manage your expectations
