Location, ambiance, friendliness, space, cleanliness, and accommodating for the creamer for my coffee. I look forward to their redos of their back yard. I think it would be lovely to sit back there.

refrigerator is too small, water dispenser was dirty, If you are serving breakfast-I'd like a cooked breakfast. many of us can't eat cereal, even oatmeal.

Plenty fruit and food provided for breakfast. Owners were very responsive. Lovely stained glass and architectural details to the house. Nice front livingroom with piano available to us. Cute bathroom.

Top shelves needed dusting. Hot shower water was unevenly hot at night. Could use a new bedroom carpet and new blinds.
