Point Breeze Guest House

Easy to get to from the airport via 28x bus (it's near the last stop). Self-check-in and access to the room was also seamless, and the room was comfortable. The light breakfast fare and fruit were great! I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood.

Would have appreciated more utensils in the kitchenette and instructions on keeping the area clean, or some indication that it was cleaned regularly--a spoon I found there looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. While the neighborhood was great, it was a lot farther from the central areas of Pittsburgh and more difficult to access with public transit. Buses are not as reliable and do not run often so a lot of planning/patience is involved to go to areas like Lawrenceville, Oakland, downtown, etc.

Quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. Host made sure we had the kind of milk we preferred and also provided fresh fruit. Greatly appreciated the hospitality!

Good location, very spacious room, good check in directions.

Couple of small things, ( my wife's) needs a nightlight for the bathroom and kitchen towels.

Nice old Victorian. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of places in the street.

Wish the presence of a cat on the premises had been disclosed--especially as the forced air system circulated allergens

Very responsive to requests and questions. Great location. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. Easy check in and check out.

Slightly awkward entrance. WiFi seemed intermittent, though functioned more than it did not. Not a problem for my trip, but I would not bring younger kids here as it’s an older house and it does make lots of sounds when moving around.
