Point Breeze Guest House

The location was perfect for our visit to the Frick Museum. Our resident host was wonderful!

Breakfast was a little on the basic side.

The gentleman was very nice and helpful.

So cozy....great touches, like a private little porch to watch fireflies. Great host!

The house and room were comfortable. It was good for a weekend alone to read and get some things done. The bathroom was nicely remodeled.

The guest house is located in a quiet residential area, very well connected with public transport and you can reach the downtown very easily. There is also a direct bus to the airport. The host is very approachable and available in case of any questions or needs. A super nice stay where you feel at home.

Easy entry instructions, nice street & neighborhood, nice fruits & juice with self serve breakfast.

Good sized room. The bus stop is about 2 blocks away.

It doesn’t seem to be professionally managed. We had breakfast (in the room) on day one, but it wasn’t replenished for days 2 or 3. The shower is small. The pillows are worn.

Location for me. The men who ran it were very nice. Pretty stain glass windows. Has potential to be a much nicer bnb. They need help.

Bathroom was horrible, door got in the way of everything. Bed was too hard. Decor looks like they went to goodwill and just mix matched everything, dead plants too. Dangerous front steps, a real mess in the front.
