Location, location, location. Great family hotel that is very close to Registan Square. The family lives there and are very friendly. If you are looking for fancy, skip this one. This is more like an old big house renovated to be a hotel, where grandma makes the breakfast.

Nice hotel with excellent location (5 mn to registan square) . Staff were friendly and helpfull. The owner was really nice and answer all my questions and give me the name of good restaurants and even drive me with his car to samarkand eternal city for free. Thank you and see you soon inchallah

The room had no windows and was really hot and stuffy at times

Great location and friendly staff.

Beds are very solid but that may just be that I’m used to a much softer one. WiFi was a little iffy.
