granny of the owner was really nice and welcoming. she even gave us a kettle at night to make a tea and warm up ourselves and gave an extra blanket to our group member

1) it is not a hotel but rather a guest house. 2) carpets were not hoovered so long that you can see hair and dust 3) had weird smell of sewerage and cheap furniture varnish in the room 4) our room had 3 huge holes in the wall 5) breakfast was so-so 6) we literally couldn't take a shower, because water was cold. but I assume it is a systemic issue in the whole city in general it felt like we are uninvited guests in somebody's house. not really sure as to why it has high ratings on booking.com

The room was a nice size and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location was quite close to a walking street with plenty of shops and restaurants that connected Registan to other famous monuments.

Breakfast was OK. The hosts prepared pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, and crackers. However, the only available coffee was instant coffee, so we elected to go to local cafes for most of our mornings. And check-out was a bit stressful. We didn't read the fine print and so we were not aware that the payment was cash only. This created a significant challenge as we prepared to check out.

The staff was welcoming, the location is quite close to one of the main tourist places and the room was clean and comfortable.

The area it is quite isolated. The hotel is a patio and the rooms face it, so it can be a bit noisy if it’s crowded.

Nice room and breakfast. Easy check in and great location.

Bit hard to find the people to assist us - but once you do, they are helpful.
