The receptionist was so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. When my knee got injured he took me to the clinic and he translated everything for me without asking for payment! So hospitable.

We loved the peacefulness of the location. It's The great because all the main turist sights are near, but it's not as good if you want to visit the city. There is also a lovely restaurant 3minutes by bicycle The greengarden something... the breakfast was both a good and bad thing. The pancakes were delicious, but the quantity was a little small for us.

We didn't like the bikes offered. They were pricey and the brakes of one bicycle didn't work. But it was better than walking. The bedroom sheets could have been cleaner, but our standard about that is quite high.

It is beautiful. Ray was a gem. Perfect location for the sights all easy to get to by bike. Nice and quiet off the main street and a fab pool to cool off in

This is the first time staying at the homestay and YES, it is a great experience. The host is friendly and welcoming. The homestay is at the excellent location, middle of Ninh Binh Railway and the attractions. Surrounded by the mountains and the lush of the trees. I specially like the size of the room and large comfortable beds. The free breakfast was nice and there are free bikes you can rent to go around.

The wifi is not as strong as I want it to be. Even with the reconnection to the access points every time, it is slow.

I chose this place after checking out so many homestays in the Ninh Binh area, and I'm glad I did. The place looked so clean the moment we got out of the cab. The host (I'm sorry I forgot to ask your name) made us feel welcome, sat with us, and went through the local map, recommending some places we wouldn't have visited otherwise. He was very attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable. We chose the mountain view room, which was beautiful. It was a decent-sized room with a large bathroom. Very, very clean. The host really went above and beyond for us. He did our laundry at such short notice. There were no time restrictions on when we had to be at the property. He was very flexible and told us to just lock the gate when we returned. We initially booked the room for one night, but we loved Ninh Binh and our homestay so much that we decided to extend our stay. This property is actually in the Trang An area. You need a taxi to go to the Tam Coc area, which we didn't mind. There are many restaurants near the homestay, and there's even a place right next door that serves food all day. The homestay is within walking distance to the Trang An boat tour and a 5-minute taxi ride to Hang Mua.

We loved everything about this place.

Several breakfast options and all were excellent. Host was extremely accessible - was able to cater to every request. An amazing stay, thank you!
