This was the perfect place to stay in Ninh Binh. The staff here were extremely helpful and patient with our many questions. The rooms were spacious and well laid out and included water, tea and coffee. The location is in the more secluded area of Trang An but was still covienient to walk to get food ect. I recommend not walking to the boat terminal though, as it takes about 30 mins. They provide free bicycles and you can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price. For the free breakfast I found they had a great selection of local foods or eggs and they tasted great. We also had lunch here because we had just arrived and were too hungry to look for somewhere. It was tasty but a little expensive but I think that is to be expected when eating at the hotel/homestay.

Cosiana is very well located with easy access to go wherever you want to go. Ray was very nice and helpful, the homemade barbecue was an amazing experience prepared by his mother.

Super cute homestay right in between two very popular tourist attractions!

We had a wonderful experience at this homestay. Ray was very kind and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for the local area and helped us to book our transport to Hoi An. Ray’s Mum made us breakfast each morning and it was very tasty! The room was clean and very spacious. The area was peaceful and there were restaurants only short distances away. Overall we would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again to Ray and his family for a lovely time!

Tranquil. Good quiet spot with village feel. Easy walk to both Trang An Boats as well as Mua Caves. About 1.7km. It's a good idea to stay even 1 night so you can beat the crowds to these places as the tours from the city come late morning. We missed them both times. Family run. Very helpful owner. Clean room. Stylish room. Nice pool just a bit cool to enjoy. If you need a quiet spot to recharge this is perfect. You can get grab to Ninh Binh for $5(nz).

Not a fan of open shower so all bathroom floor gets wet but it's not a deal breaker.

Great cosy little place, I loved the view. The room was lovely and mostly comfortable. Perfectly clean. It's easy to go places like the Trang An boat trip, especially if you are okay cycling. (Or using a motorbike). There are restaurants and shops on the main road a few steps away so you don't need to go far for basic necessities. The city of Ninh Binh is very close on a taxi if you arrive/depart from there. One dish and one drink for breakfast is included, it's a big portion so it's more than enough to start the day, and it was nice. The guy at reception (Ray?) is very kind and helpful and speaks great English:))

The shower is in the middle of the room (no shower area with curtain etc) so it's making everything wet. Not a big problem, but not ideal.
