Cosiana Homestay

This place made our holiday special with its comfort room, open pool and pleasant location. The staff is very friendly trying to help you in whatever needed. We highly recommend this place. Its quality deserves even a higher price!!!

Breakfast was not one of the bests in Vietnam but for its price it is still very decent and satiating.

Everything is perfect here. Close to everything, quiet and peacefull, the owner and his Mother are the nicest people, the breakfast is included and tasty, the room clean and spacious... My Best stay in Vietnam by far

Nothing at all

Very nice property, close to tourist attractions - just cycle away! Bikes are available. Easy to get a taxi to Nimh Binh, which is just few minutes away. For breakfast there is menu to choose day before. Pho is really good!

Modern and clean with a nice swimming pool. Ray the host was excellent and couldn’t do enough to help.

Beds were quite hard.

Cosiana was a great homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh. Ray the host was very friendly, helpful and respectful, and he had great recommendations. We never felt pressured, just supported when requested. The homestay was super clean and the free bikes and scooter rental worked really well for us. Thank you Ray and family.

It's a beautiful accommodation with very kind and nice owners. We could check in early with no problems. The rooms are big and clean and the food is great! I would recommend.

The food from the mom is so delicious we loved it!!! And the owner was always helpful, it was really a pleasure to stay there 😊 we stayed there with my wife and our baby, it was a wonderful experience
