Cosiana Homestay

Huge, comfortable second floor room with a nice view. We loved the location - outside of Ninh Binh, but in a small town with plenty of good restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of the main attractions. The homestay/hotel is run by a lovely family - they invited us to sit with them and have us fruit late in the afternoon, long after our check out time, while we passed the time before catching our train.

The staff was amazing and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they told us what to do in the area and explained us everything. Whenever we needed something, they were always there to help us.

There were mosquitoes in the room, a mosquito net would be necessary

We loved our stay here! Such a great location. Very clean, spacious room. Our host was lovely and so helpful with any questions we had. The small pool was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable accommodation. You must visit Ninh Binh, it was one of our favourite stops on our first trip to Vietnam. Make sure you stay for at least 2 nights. We could only manage to do one physical activity each day because of the heat, so I wish we’d stayed another night.

I loved everything!

Good location, cycling distance to the main tourist attractions. There is a lovely coffee shop right next door, and lots of restaurants around. Easy to get into Tam Coc or Ninh Binh centre. The rooms were large, huge beds and really clean. Also the pool was a great touch, to be able to relax and unwind. Breakfast in the morning was great! Highly recommend for your stay in the area.

Pillows are perhaps a bit small, could maybe do with larger ones.

We liked the location of the homestay, as it is outside of the city in a calm area. We also liked the facilities like the pool and the personal was really friendly.

The room felt a little bit damp and didn’t smell good, but was in general clean. It was also cleaned every day.

The staff was amazing, the front desk guy (can’t remember his name) was always available, friendly and helped us with booking bus to Hanoi and plan activities to do during stay. Bicycles were available for free which was very convenient as the activities we did were at least 10-15 mins away by bike. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was nice to go for a swim and just relaxing on a chair. Free breakfast was also included. Make sure to turn on hot water switch to before showering to get hot water!

Location a bit farther from city but we were okay with that.

Nice, clean room. Near tourist attractions, easy to move. Delicious food, friendly host who enthusiastically supported me during my trip. Will be back.

Delicious breakfast. The room has a beautiful view and is comfortable. The host always supported us during the trip from booking tickets, taxis, and motorbikes. This location is very close to tourist attractions, the host will introduce you to a specific schedule. Great experiences
