Located around 20 mins walking from the town centre, in a more local area, definitely quieter. Especially at night is very quiet, we had a great sleep. The room was very clean and the breakfast was fine, a banh mi with a few slices of tomato and cucumber (because we're vegan, normally there's also egg) with black coffee. Great value for money.

Quiet location, not too far to walk into town. Bia Hoi almost next door.

Bins not emptied; towels small and thin, not changed. Breakfast promptly served every morningadequate.
