booked this place by mistake but it was a nice accident. My room was huge, beautiful and modern, by far the cleanest I had in Vietnam! You can eat on the floor. Very quiet also. I had a fridge also. It's not in the center so it's perfect if you wanna avoid the tourist area. Also, the breakfast included in the price is basic but delicious, which is not always the case. I booked a tour with the owner and that company was amazing.

The owner is a very nice person but you can tell it's all about money, like in many touristy places in Vietnam...

As we got a realy good price for the room, we didn't expect much but the Homestay really exceed our expectations! It was the cleanest room we stayed in travelling Vietnam. The Host is very friendly and caring and even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, without any extra cost! He offers Tours, Bus tickets and Motorbikes for rent too. We booked everything with him and had a great time. We really recommend the trekking tour in the national park. He takes care of everything and brings you to the pick up point of any tour or bus. As the Homestay is in a quiet side street you can relax and avoid the noisy speakers at the night market and the buisy sea side of Cat Ba.
