got a quiet room and a scooter right away when I got there, could get my wasching done and had some good time

the pictures on booking.com show the bigger rooms, I got a big but basic one, but still, all I needed.. It's basic, but ok and the host is friendly and helpful

Tam Coc The Moon Lady Homestay was a delightful experience! The host is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I was able to rent a bike right at the homestay, making it easy to explore the area. It's also conveniently located near all the major attractions in Ninh Binh. The stay is economical and well worth the price. The breakfast was delicious, and when our next booking got canceled due to heavy rain, she kindly extended our stay without hesitation. Her hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Mrs Loan is so lovely and very kind. Her breakfast is delicious and she's very helpful if you need anything. The accommodation is beautiful and very close to town, but out of the way enough it's also very peaceful.

Loved our stay here!! Juan was very lovely and kind and helped us with everything, she even hooked a papaya from the tree for us:) Excellent location, walking distance to the centre of Tam Coc. Scooters are available to rent at a really good price also! Bungalow was very clean and breakfast very good! Would highly recommend this Homestay :)

The breakfast was amazing and I could rest properly in the bungalos , nice place and super quiet for resting , the owners are so nice , we made popcorn together , definitely coming back to that place !

Breakfast included. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was also large. Air-conditioning worked well. Well-located, just a short walk from the bars/restaurants and most vibrant part of Tam Coc. Host was friendly and did her best to communicate with us as well as she could. Helped us book bus tickets the following day.

The common areas are very scruffy. The bar is dirty, there are a lot of things or just stuff everywhere, all of it quite untidy. Communication was a little difficult because of the language barrier. We were told we could wait in the seated area as we arrived late at night but the street is not lit at night, nor is the seated area, just plenty of dogs growling because you shouldn't be there at that time so definitely not the best choice if you intend to arrive during the night. No reception so always need to text when something is needed or required. No helmets available to rent a bicycle.
