Location is amazing because it is steps away from the hustle of the city, but sufficiently away to enjoy rustic tranquility during the night. Just ~50m down the road there is a great restaurant "Banh Mi Hanoi" that serves superb food in amazing atmosphere. Owner lady is very friendly and helpful with everything that I needed. Property has scooters for rent, which is comfortable. Apartment I rented was super spacious. The alley inside has flowers that smell deliciously. Owner's sister does great massages for a really good price - I was impressed. If you have a bus in the late afternoon, you can leave your bags at the property and have a shower before leaving - that is a great bonus point in Vietnam. All in all, loved it and recommend it!

Neighbours have some dogs that are not always friendly.

Very clean and comfortable room! Lovely staff. Very welcoming! Great value for money. Location is great, very close to restaurants and bars and to do a Tam Coc boat ride.

Maybe not the best place if you want to sleep in during your holiday, neighbour's rooster and dogs were natural alarm clocks both of the mornings at 6 am 😀

Amazing value for money! We absolutely loved our stay here. Really nice spacious room, comfy beds and great location. The owner was so lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely return!
