I loved the service I received from staff

It was my second time coming, first time it was great, now I'm disappointed, we didn't have soaps in our rooms, the jacuzzi was not working

The property is not far from the activities we done

The stephill is just too much,thank God I went for one night

The view of the dam is to die for. Breakfast was good.

The steep leading to the entrance and please fix the Jacuzzi

1.customer service was just minimal 2.erea not entirely well taken off 3.geographical erea very steeply u need proper transport

The breakfast was nice and the location was good

The WiFi was not working and the steep hill was horrible we had to park at the bottom and walk up to the venue

The owner was rude and his manner when talking to us

The place has a nice view and clean rooms are big enough and the bed is so comfortable

Limited food for breakfast everything was so small i could not get every food that was on the menu because they we finished before I could dishup what worried me is I booked for 2 people but I ended up coming alone so I asked myself what was going to happen if we were 2 in the room the was only coffe and teabags no sugar no milk And about the step hill one must know you really need a strong car to go up there to the lodge I saw other guests end up parking on the road because their car could not climb the step hill
