"Really enjoyed the outside view with good breakfast so issues with renovation needed .."

Poor service, aircon not working since they said they will come fix it, the windows are see through also cracked

Everything, especially the air-conditioner,it was not working and the room was cold. The food was not enough ,we did not eat properly as they did not want to refill.

It was the same breakfast every day. The location and view are good.

You need to put tap water and a bit of soap in the braai area. Blocks around the swimming pool need to be attended, are loose. The TV connection was not working.
