The location. The breakfast is decent but similar everyday. The view. The WiFi and there is free parking.

The room was not worth what we paid. No bathing soaps, the basin was not working properly. Doors difficult to lock. The rooms were not cleaned during the day. No refills of tea/coffee and sugar. No Dstv. No extra blanket.

I like everything about this place I'll soon visit again staff are the most friendly people food perfect

The area and the view are great.

Inside pictures are not a true reflection. The dining area is not appealing. The plate, they make doubt using them. You can try buying new ones hle. Your serving utensils are just mixed up. Your salt shakers are rusty. Need to invest in new linen, towels and curtains. Especially your towels, haikona they are too old they look dirty even when clean. Cables in the bedroom are just hanging. How could you give guest water in the jug. You seem not to care about hygiene. Your sugar and tea ones you pour in containers. That was worse, as for the kettle hai.The braai stand is dirty, the steel brush is a used to. Your pool area is also not welcoming, recliner chairs are filthy dirty. I truly think you should look into Deco magazines, or even check AI for assistance. The property view is great, but it is impossible to stay the whole day there. Please give the place some care and improvement.
